About Us : The Locker Room is owned by Jake Dixon and was created to coach/mentor and guide real estate agents through their first year of business, and bring experienced agents to their next level of production. This is achieved through high accountability which includes individual business coaching, group coaching, webinars, live Facebook Huddles, The Locker Room University and various other resources. The Locker Room recently expanded by creating a second division called Business Development. The resources and professional coaching are now available to real estate affiliates such as mortgage lenders, as well as any self-employed entrepreneur.
I operate as an independent contractor/business owner under the umbrella and guidance of The Locker Room’s CEO (Jake Dixon). As such, I am able to have some creative latitude in regards to the training/coaching resources and tools that I provide. There are several tiers, depending on the the level of involvement and the financial investment that the entrepreneur seeks. Through my affiliation with TLR, I am able to assist real estate agents and affiliates on a personal level who are located in the Northeast Florida area. I am also able to provide professional & private coaching to any entrepreneur in the country, via webinars and social media. This company fills a niche for those that want to achieve a higher level of success but have not yet leveraged themselves enough to hire someone from one of the mega namebrand coaching programs.
