Short company description:

I am the author of an ABA skill acquisition and caregiver training curriculum called Sisu Skills. I also have a YouTube channel called Modern Day ABA, and I provide behavior analytic services to children diagnosed with autism. In addition, I am the President-Elect of Oklahoma ABA, and I am a member of the Oklahoma Licensed Behavior Analyst Board.

What Is Your Why (Why Are You In Business)?

I love to empower others. I empower my clients to communicate, build relationships, and advocate for themselves, and I empower clients’ caregivers and staff to support them in building these skills.

How did you get started in your field or work?

I started as an home- and community-based ABA therapist in the Charlotte, NC area in 2015.

Who do you know that is impacted by Autism and how has that impacted you?

I have known many people with Autism, most notably in my work as an RBT and BCBA. I have gotten so much joy from helping them to achieve their goals, but also just by knowing them. People with Autism have a unique way of seeing the world and I feel blessed to have witnessed that so many times.
