How did you get started in your field or work?
Started in Early Intervention, then focused on children with ASD and received Masters in ABA and BCBA
What’s one thing we should know that makes your company unique?
We follow an OBM approach which means we put a strong emphasis on taking care of our employees which leads to high retention, which in turn leads to consistency and high levels of success for our clients. We also focus on the family unit and not just the child as well as ensuring we are working on functional skills for highest quality of life.
What are your biggest goals in the next 6 to 12 Months for your business?
To get our early learner program up and running and going strong.
Who do you know that is impacted by Autism and how has that impacted you?
Most, but not all of our clients, have ASD. We recognize that this often comes with various and unique challenges for both the individual and their families and we work hard at assisting to alleviate those challenges.
