What Is Your Why (Why Are You In Business)?

Our company is committed to providing the highest-quality treatment to our clients and their families. We know that providing the highest-quality treatment requires us to constantly push our clinicians to implement the most up-to-date research-based treatment. We do this by providing ongoing trainings, and consultation from outside experts in the field. We are committed to providing you and your child with the most relevant and competitive treatment available.

How did you get started in your field or work?

I had a sibling with autism. I started working in special education, until I later found behavior analysis.

What’s one thing we should know that makes your company unique?

Grace is founded in integrity. Integrity is at the heart of how we operate, how we treat our staff, and how we affect change in our community. Our team is dedicated to meeting staff’s needs and helping them reach their personal and professional goals.

What are your biggest goals in the next 6 to 12 Months for your business?

To continue to grow, so we can meet the needs of more children in our community.

Who do you know that is impacted by Autism and how has that impacted you?

I have never known a world without autism. I grew up with a sibling with autism. I grew up helping him and attending recreational activities with him. This ultimately grew into a life of learning and wanting to help individuals with developmental disabilities. My life has been greatly impacted by every child, adolescent, and adult whose path has crossed mine. I’ve been blessed with the ability to help and serve individuals with autism.
