Short company description:

We are a team of ADHD Coaches, Educators and Advocates helping individuals with ADHD and other neurodiverse conditions, their families and workplaces understand and embrace their unique brain wiring.

What Is Your Why (Why Are You In Business)?

To educate and inspire as many people as we can to understand and embrace ADHD so that they can tell a new more empowering story about themselves and their ADHD and live happier more fulfilling lives in integrity with who they really are.

How did you get started in your field or work?

I experienced the lack of ADHD awareness and support when seeking support for my eldest daughter Eva. I saw first hand the transformational impact of the diagnosis and treatment and wanted to be able to facilitate this for others.

What’s one thing we should know that makes your company unique?

We are experts in our field having both extensive personal and professional experience of ADHD. We have walked in our clients shoes and truly “see” them. Most of our coaches are certified by the ADD Coaching Academy and come from a variety of backgrounds – corporate, public sector, small business, education so we are in a position to help ADHDers from all walks of life. We are also passionate about what we do – we know ADHD coaching works.

What are your biggest goals in the next 6 to 12 Months for your business?

We want to grow. Demand for support has increased and we want to meet this demand and we can only do this by getting more coaches on board. In addition we want to expand our online education offering. We already have a parent education course but want to add courses to support children with ADHD, students and entrepreneurs. We want to increase our reach and accessibility of our services.

Who do you know that is impacted by Autism and how has that impacted you?

Personally I have two daughters with ADHD and Autism. Professionally many of the individuals I coach that are leaders in their industries have Autism
as well as ADHD. I am very familiar with the additional challenges that come with this combination (as well as the unique strengths!) It’s the lack of understanding of these conditions that contribute to these individuals being misunderstood and marginalised. Often they are accused of insensitivity and selfishness when in fact they are the opposite. This causes great hurt and pain to these often over sensitive empaths. We have come to realise that being able to understand their brain wiring and communicate what is going on for them is crucial for them to live happy lives in integrity with who they really are.
