How do you define success?
I define success by providing value to our community, associates and business partners. It is important to me that our work has a positive impact everywhere we go.
What are your biggest goals in the next 12 Months for your business?
1)Build on our Team of leaders. Pour into them so we can provide a “World Class Customer Experience.” 2) Move into our new facility with ASEC Lean certifications already in place on day one. 2) Grow our market share by 10%. 4) Find new ways to get involved and help the City of Jacksonville.
