Jonathan created J.W. Lee Photography in 2008 after a lifelong passion for photography. Upon retiring from the U.S. Navy and Government Contracting, he decided to make my part-time photography job a full-time venture.

How do you define success?: Achieving a reputation of consistency, quality, and professionalism that continually grows a business that allows you to enjoy the things in life that don’t pay the bills.

What Branch were you in and how long?: Navy, 16 years, early retirement due to government cutbacks.

After your service ended, how did you spend your time? Did you go back to school? Immediately Enter the private Sector?: Immediately became a government contractor and did that for five years while studying Business Administration and Entrepreneurship at Columbia College.
