Raising the bar for leadership development, Blue Lobster Leadership grows those with leadership potential to BEYOND effective to inspirational with heroic potential. Focusing on small group discussion and coaching, Blue Lobster Leadership is a 20-hour program. We identify individual leadership style and strengths. Once we find those, we demonstrate how to use those qualities to become true servant leaders. Our motto: Your MISSION always comes 1st, but the welfare and development of your people never comes 2nd!
