Dillard’s department store was founded in 1938 and the first store was in Nashville Arkansas. This year we we celebrate the 20 year anniversary of the launch of Antonio Melani fashions.

Give a brief description on what you would like to discuss on the show.: Dillard’s has begun to partner with tastemakers and we are launching our next fashion collaboration with influencer Kimberly Whitman in the Antonio Melani Ready To Wear department.

What makes your company unique?: We are a family owned and run department store with over 200 stores in the USA. We offer numerous high end exclusive brands for the home as well as apparel for every age person.

How do you define success?: I define success as finding a way to earn money that brings you great joy and enables you to have wonderful experiences!

What’s your favorite way to get involved in the community?: I love being involved in events that empower women. Fashion can transform a women and their is nothing better then seeing a person look in the mirror and glow from the inside out when they put on a garment! It raise their confidence and elevates their self esteem instantly!

What is your biggest marketing challenge in your business: We are a long standing business in the community that offers many great services to our customers- I want them to know about our personal shopping experiences and all the great brands we have I store.
