Short Company Description:
NS2 Fitness training is a community-based fitness training and nutritional wellness program. NS2 Fitness was started by Ryan McGriff who lost his mother at a early age of 51 due to her living an unhealthy lifestyle. After this great lost came the passion to provide women of all ages an avenue to live a safe and healthy lifestyle. Nutrition also played a HUGE part in my journey as well so we started Springfield Nutrition.
Springfield Nutrition is a healthy bar where we offer our community healthier and happier nutrition. We provide nutritional meal replacement shakes, plant based energizing teas, and nutritional vitamin based boba drinks for children! Our goal is to bring better nutrition to our community that taste great! We feel and standby our motto…. “Everyone Deserves Good Nutrition”!!!

What’s your favorite way to get involved in the community?: We love meeting people all in all types of areas whether it’s a grocery store, restaurants, gas stations, church, etc… We just love people and serving them… That’s our purpose on earth right?
