What makes your company unique?: No where in the South can you find out flavors of wings and ribs

How do you define success?: Success is happiness.. being able to do what makes you happy

What’s your favorite way to get involved in the community?: During the Pandemic giving food to all workers on the frontlines

What is your biggest marketing challenge in your business: Being able to be creative without judgement

Short Company Description: I am an ACE certified Clinical Exercise Specialist and Health Coach who offers in-home fitness training to clients with health conditions or circumstances that prevent them from using gyms or clubs. Parkinsonism, Multiple Sclerosis, Diabetes, COPD, Pre and Post Rehabilitation, Orthopedically Challenged, Imbalanced, and Deconditioned Novices are some of the clients currently served. I also offer T’ai Chi instruction for groups or individuals. Marketing is word of mouth, Sessions are sold in pre-paid packages and used as scheduled.

What makes your company unique?: me

How do you define success?: Happiness, gratification and grace are my motivations. The success of my clients determine my success. Helping my clients internalize their programs and realize their goals is the most gratifying part of what I call success.

What’s your favorite way to get involved in the community?: Clemson Alumni Club service projects like Ronald McDonald House and Habitat for Humanity.

What is your biggest marketing challenge in your business: Hoping my clients will share their experiences and results with others.
