What type of cases do you generally handle?

I have a general practice is many areas of the law and serve as an attorney on the capital defenders list for North Carolina where individuals are charged with 1st degree murder.

Who is your typical client?:

A typical client could be someone that needs to prepare a last will and testament, a simple speeding ticket, a domestic issue, or charged with murder.

What is your approach or philosophy to winning or representing a case?:

Always be transparent, upfront, and honest no matter what facts you are given.

What is one misconception that you feel people may have about your firm?:

We are from a small town (North Wilkesboro, NC) where we are the last multi-attorney firm with 3 or more lawyers. We serve northwest NC with 7 licensed attorneys and 11 support staff.
