What is your approach or philosophy to winning or representing a case?: Have several game plans. Because it takes so long to get any benefit from immigration, you have to have several things in motion to protect the client.
What is one misconception that you feel people may have about your firm?: Immigration is just filling out forms. To win a case we must strategize what evidence we want to provide the government and use novel legal arguments to get our clients positive results.
