What is your approach or philosophy to winning or representing a case?: My approach for litigation cases like divorce is to know more about my case than anyone else in the room, including my client. My approach for prenups is to try to reverse engineer an agreement that will eliminate as many potential arguments about money as possible for the couple during their marriage (not just in a divorce).
