What is your approach or philosophy to winning or representing a case?: We explore every possible option. We do our due diligence interviewing officers, searching all the evidence, negotiating with prosecutors, and (when relevant) pleading with the court. We primarily want to reduce or eliminate the charges. If we can’t ultimately do that, we want to be able to say we’ve at least tried every possible option to get there.
