What is your approach or philosophy to winning or representing a case?: We handle each case as unique. Many attorneys say this, but our approach is to look at the client as a person and see what the client wants or desires. This is why we developed into a full-service practice. It’s rare that Veterans Disability attorneys will handle other matters outside of the disability claim. We view our relationship with each client as a partnership. We operate on a contingency fee basis for many of our cases, which means our success depends on the success of our clients.
