What is your approach or philosophy to winning or representing a case?: When I negotiate business deals, winning consists of getting the deal done to the clients satisfaction. It not an ego boost or winning every point. Its about negotiating and compromising so the parties can move forward on their deal. Our role is to facilitate and find solutions. It is not to put up road blocks.
