How do you define success?: I define success when I know I have helped the team win. When I help the overall objective to the goal line. When I help another develop themselves and become better today than they were yesterday.
How has your business changed in the past 12 months?: Obviously, not being able to be in person, the speaking opportunities are less. As a portion of my business is online or via Zoom, that contintued okay.
What do you feel the Jaguars need to do to market their product?: Win. Everyone likes a winner and wants to be a part of the winning.
Who inspires you and why?: Jesus, because he is the ultimate leader. My daughter because she is stronger than anyone I know. Those who have trouble in their life but keep being positive.
What the biggest obstacle you have had to overcome in your business?: My own doubts.
