Rick McCartney servied in the U.S. Navy for 30 years, working in IT and Cyber Security operations. Having retired from the Navy in October, he just graduated from Operation New Uniform and is currently seeking employment in the private sector.

What Branch of Service where you in and for how long?: Navy, 30 years

After your service ended, how did you spend your time? Did you go back to school? Immediately enter the private sector?: I officially retired 01 Oct 2020 and I am seeking employment in the business community

What has been your career after your service came to an end?: I am looking to continue my career in IT and cybersecurity management in the business community

Was there anything or anyone that helped you during the transition from military to civilian life?: Operation New Uniform (I graduated from the program Feb. 26)
