Start Up Orthopedic/Sports Medicine Consulting Firm. I have been freelancing for 3 months. Still in the process of developing business plan, Website, Branding.

How I treat and Interact with clients, patients and people in general
How has your business changed in the past 12 months?
Business in start-up phase. Mentality has changed from planning to continue into Orthopedic Private Practice, to looking for non-clinical options that will allow me to continue to make an impact in the healthcare space.
What are your biggest goals in the next 12 Months for your business?
Currently doing sporadic, hourly consultations. I would like to build the business into a full time enterprise, where I am involved in long term projects on a retainer basis.
