What is your company Elevator pitch when talking about your company?

Omni Digital helps retailers leverage the data in their POS system, through digital advertising, to get existing customers back in the door, get new customers coming in and track both online and offline sales to give you a concrete ROI.

What excites you the most about your industry?

First off, the relationships are second to none! From a business perspective, we help small companies look, act and feel strategically like massive organizations! We give local retail stores the ability to combat the big box brands and keep business in their store!

How do you go about making difficult leadership decisions, both big and small?

You have to have a mission first mentality while still remaining true to both your personal core values and the core values of the organization. Does it fit our core focus? If not then maybe its something to table for now. Regardless of if the decision is a success or a failure, you can remain confident that it was made based on what was perceived to be best for the organization as a whole.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to enhance their leadership skills?

Learn how to be a good follower. I love the quote “if you are too big to follow, you’re too small to lead.” The second you think you have all the answers and have everything figured out is the second you aren’t cut out to be a leader. Would you rather be underdeveloped and overexposed as a leader or overdeveloped and underexposed sitting there primed and ready to take on the next challenge. The best leaders don’t have all the answers, they ask the best questions!

What is the biggest challenge you think you or your organization is going to face in the upcoming year?

we are in a state of massive growth but with growth comes complexity and complexity can kill growth. We need to make sure we are putting in place a great foundation of processes and documentation so we are pre prepared to scale the business. We need to overprepare now so we know exactly what we need to do execution wise as we continue to grow and scale.
