What is your company Elevator pitch when talking about your company?

What excites you the most about your industry?
Hearing Owners/Entrepreneurs “Why” and helping them achieve goals that support that – being part of their success.
How do you go about making difficult leadership decisions, both big and small?
We have three owners at Orange Label so it helps to discuss the facts of the issue at hand from multiple perspectives. If time permits, I typically let the decision percolate for 24 hours to ensure that I am considering all possibilities.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to enhance their leadership skills?
1. Practice listening skills.
2. Be responsible for what gets heard.
3. Have frequent and meaningful interactions with team members.
What is the biggest challenge you think you or your organization is going to face in the upcoming year?
