What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?

Privacy controls will impact how ad budgets are allocated and those who can find ways to target effectively under these conditions will thrive. I believe this is going to benefit organizations that invested in qualitative analysts and consultants rather than outsourcing everything to an automated system.


What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?

The ground is constantly shifting underneath your feet, but your center of gravity has always been solid fundamentals.

Optimizing a site or an ad account is about applying logic to how the audience will receive the information. Deliver a clear, intuitive experience with timely, relevant content and you will be rewarded.


What is something in your career that you learned from by making a mistake?

I learned way more about running my business from 2 failed Biz Ops hires than I ever did (or probably would have) without them.
