What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?

More AI, more authentic video, YouTube shorts, more entrepreneurs and startups who need to grow their reach.


What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?

Your magnetic message. You must know what your target market wants, how they like to engage, what they spend their money on. Copywriting is about appealing to an emotion and communicating benefits. When an expert shares their content without speaking to what’s important to the reader, they lose them. However, when a reader says, that’s exactly what I want, you’ve mastered the message. You can attract clients effortlessly if you have the right product/service that fulfills the market’s craving. Copywriting is important for everything from LinkedIn connection requests to, social media posts, video scripts, and landing pages. Always give value to meet that craving. I like to say, “Find the crave, and you’ll get the rave.”


What is something in your career that you learned from by making a mistake?

Always create formal written agreements with clients, strategic alliances, independent contractors and people you are forming partnerships with. In those agreements, remember to include how you break up and the consequences of not fulfilling payment. Thinking this through up front can prevent the worst from happening and provide you an avenue for transitioning/terminating the relationship.
