What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?

Digital will continue to take the lion’s share of focus and spend, with social media leading the way, even though a lot of companies are still trying to figure out how to leverage it. I also don’t believe that email will go away. It’s too economical and we’ll get better at leveraging it with automation, interactivity, and maybe, finally, AI. I haven’t seen much of it yet, but it could be the industry I’m in at the moment.


What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?

Finding increasingly better ways to work with social media influencers


What is something in your career that you learned from by making a mistake?

That being right is overrated, and that waiting until something is perfect isn’t as smart as getting something out there that’s pretty darn good.
