What do you feel are your key personal factors for your success?: I’ve been able to leverage my life’s challenges for greater good. I did a tremendous amount of healing work in my twenties which changed the trajectory of my life. Learning Spiritual Psychology provided a different perspective on life.

What is the biggest mistake you would tell your younger self to avoid?: Accept help sooner.

Do you have a mentor and do you feel it is important to have one?: Ever since I started my coaching business, I have worked with a Coach. Currently I work with a Coach and group on using astrology and the moon cycles for business planning.

Is there a book you can recommend that would be valuable to read for a woman starting out in business?: The Prosperous Coach is a book I enjoyed reading when starting off my coaching business. It is by Steve Chandler and Rich Litvin.

How do you achieve balance between your professional life and personal life?: My husband works on the business with me now. We have a spacious schedule that starts off our days going a walk in a local park. We also incorporate rewards for hitting certain sales or revenue goals. And we do a great job of listening to our bodies and personal needs.
