What do you feel are your key personal factors for your success?: I’ve had ambition since the early age of 3 years old. I’ve always had a strong desire to achieve success. I believe my grit and tenacity is a huge factor to my success!

What is the biggest mistake you would tell your younger self to avoid?: To not care what others think! Once I finally stopped caring so much about what other people thought and followed my heart, my life got significantly better. Never underestimate the beautiful power and freedom that washes over you when you commit to being true to yourself!

Do you have a mentor and do you feel it is important to have one?: My grandmother is my mentor even though she passed away. She was always the biggest cheerleader. It’s not important to just have one but to have several. I prefer people with wisdom!

Is there a book you can recommend that would be valuable to read for a woman starting out in business?: Dare To Lead by Brene Brown

How do you achieve balance between your professional life and personal life?: I don’t believe there is such thing as balance. It believe in blending! Once you have stepped into my house with 4 kids and 3 dogs you can see that balance is impossible!
