How do you use feedback to accelerate your growth?
I don’t take feedback personally—it’s insight. I listen and then pray on it. Not all advice is meant for me, even if it sounds logical. I seek God’s direction first, and once I have peace, I adjust and apply what aligns with where He’s leading me.
