Short company description: The Real Time App is the future of media by allowing each user to document history using exact time and locations. My team is coming down April 2nd-4th to release the long waited Android Version of the App. This is the first stop on a seven city tour for The Real Time App as we prepare to teach people to “Find The Good & Point It Out” and highlight Top Community Leaders like Amerylus Cooper from Project 43 LA who is community down for the launch.
How do you define success?: Success is being the best version of yourself and making consistent progress to your goals. Best version includes all areas especially health because it is the foundation of everything.
How has your business changed in the past 12 months?: Pivoted from exclusively motivational speaking to training and leadership development. Really worked on myself and allowed God to bless me with opportunities like The Real Time App that it has been a blessing to be a part of. Also reconnected me with training and my family. I have the best family in the world and all my clients are CHAMPIONS! You surround yourself with Greatness this is what you get!
What do you feel the Jaguars need to do to market their product?: Give me a try out, let me put the team through speed training and let’s go. You need a SuperStar like Jalen Ramsey and that’s what I am I can do it on every level. Corner/Safety or Wide Receiver I’m a playmaker. Community guy trainer I’m no joke for real go behind the scenes like hard knocks style.
Who inspires you and why?: My Son Legend Preston Harris, cause he is the most amazing thing on the planet. I named my son Legend, so everyday I think about what does that say about his father? I better lead by example so he knows the power inside of him. Also that drives my desire to make our communities safer and more unified. When we fight for each other and the best interests of our fellow man, special things happen. He isn’t going to grow up in a racist world if his father has anything to say about it.
What the biggest obstacle you have had to overcome in your business?: Fear is the biggest obstacle. Fear of what others would think. Fear of failing. Fear of the unknown. Fear of COVID-19. Fear of blazing a new trail. Fear of losing people. Fear of what if. But my grandmother Maeola Blanchard told me “the Lord did not give you a spirit of fear.” So I have been working on the skill of “Courage” and it has lead me to first working on myself. Once I was consistent with myself and my beliefs then business has been amazing.
