Short company description:

Peak Behavioral Health is an interdisciplinary clinic that offers speech, occupational therapy, applied behavior analysis therapy, psychological services, and counseling. Peak is based in Oklahoma.

What Is Your Why (Why Are You In Business)?

Peak’s mission is to help children and their families reach their highest potential. Peak was started to help families receive services under one roof.

How did you get started in your field or work?

My journey started when a gentleman from my church asked me to work with his son with autism. I was then enrolled in a training that taught me all about ABA therapy.

What’s one thing we should know that makes your company unique?

Peak Behavioral Health we put the clients first. We have the most passionate and compassionate providers who truly care about the well-being of their clients and their families.

What are your biggest goals in the next 6 to 12 Months for your business?

Personally, my goal is to continue to expand our services. I want to continue to raise up leaders to develop others and organically grow.

Who do you know that is impacted by Autism and how has that impacted you?

I have been so blessed to have been able to work so closely with the families that are impacted by Autism. I’ve been in their homes and have seen the hard times and challenges these families face. I have also seen the good times! I have seen the joy on a parents face when their child says their first words after being told “they would never talk”. I feel so honored to have been a part of their journey.
