ESPA provides both educational and social support to young autistic adults.


What Is Your Why (Why Are You In Business)?

I am passionate about challenging the misconceptions, and raise awareness about real issue and barriers which still exit for autistic people. We aim to raise aspirations and move towards true inclusion.


How did you get started in your field or work?

I’ve always been in the Care sector and am very passionate about people and equality which goes beyond the tick box.


What’s one thing we should know that makes your company unique?

It was created by parents of autistic people.


What are your biggest goals in the next 6 to 12 Months for your business?

I’m currently working for ESPA, however my goal is to create my own organization, who’s focus will be on enabling young autistic people to live a more meaningful fulfilling future.


Who do you know that is impacted by Autism and how has that impacted you?

Myself, son and people I support through work.
