Short company description:
Formations Behavior Therapy provides speech and ABA therapy to children ages 2-10 who have autism spectrum disorder. We also provide parent training and coordination of care.
What Is Your Why (Why Are You In Business)?
Formations is focused on providing ethical and effective treatment for children on the autism spectrum in order to improve quality of life.
How did you get started in your field or work?
I started as a behavior technician in 2008.
What’s one thing we should know that makes your company unique?
Formations provides extremely high-quality services. We go above and beyond to ensure that our clients’ needs are being met.
What are your biggest goals in the next 6 to 12 Months for your business?
We’d like to increase the size of our business by 30-40% so that we can offer quality services to even more families.
Who do you know that is impacted by Autism and how has that impacted you?
At Formations, we establish very strong relationships with all of our clients and their families. It is extremely rewarding to see the progress and improvements in independence and self-regulation.
