What Is Your Why (Why Are You In Business)?

My background is in medicine and when I was exposed to the science of Behavior Analysis and how it can positively impact the lives of people with special needs, i just felt that this is what I want to do in my career.

How did you get started in your field or work?

I started working as a Nurse by profession and when I got to be assigned in mental health facilities, I saw the need and decided to shift in the field of behavior analysis.

What’s one thing we should know that makes your company unique?

Our company always believes in the saying that “It takes a village to work with people with special needs.” That is why we promote and provide a multidisciplinary approach and create a person centered plan for each of our clients.

What are your biggest goals in the next 6 to 12 Months for your business?

I am planning to establish my own educational facility where I can teach courses regarding behavior analysis to help disseminating about the science.

Who do you know that is impacted by Autism and how has that impacted you?

I cannot really enumerate a certain individual with autism as I had a lot of experience where massive positive changes were made that further strengthen my passion in this field.
