Short company description:

My company was founded to provide training to first responders about autism/ID and DD.


What Is Your Why (Why Are You In Business)?

As the father of two sons with autism I made my concerns that their disability may be misinterpreted as a crime.


How did you get started in your field or work?

I am now A retired police officer and I felt this was an area that was not being covered in law enforcement training.


What’s one thing we should know that makes your company unique?

My company is unique because I see the issue from both sides. I understand how law enforcement does their job and I also know what characteristics my some display that could be misinterpreted.


What are your biggest goals in the next 6 to 12 Months for your business?

My goals is to expand this training nationwide. The more we train the better we become is handling the growing numbers of individuals with autism.


Who do you know that is impacted by Autism and how has that impacted you?

My two youngest sons were diagnosed about 10 years ago. Their diagnosis has greatly impacted our family but also inspired us to be advocates. Me in law enforcement and my wife as a school teacher.
