Our national nonprofit focuses on cultivating the educational experiences and accomplishments of professionals and minority students, as well as providing access to professional development resources and best practices through the exchange of instructional strategies & practices, professional knowledge, and advocacy & empowerment. This will in turn, increase motivation, capacity, and student achievement.
What are your biggest goals in the next 12 Months for your business?
To increase membership, and have 3x as many educators attend the conference. I also want to provide quarterly conferences and not just an annual conference.
