What are your biggest goals in the next 12 Months for your business?
The biggest goals are to migrate most of the legacy systems in the Bank to cloud framework to achieve never down high available systems, increase the use of machine learning models for predictive fraud detection and switch away from rule based reactive fraud detection systems as much as possible. The biggest goal is to reduce the fraud losses to a minimum and sustain it that way.
