Give a brief description on what you would like to discuss on the show.: Current state of staffing and dealing with Covid in the hospitality arena as business comes back

What makes your company unique?: Beachfront hotel with high volume and a family owned management company with great values behind it

How did you get your start in the industry?: As a Banquet server back in the late 1980’s

How is your business handling the COVID situation?: Very well. The beach is still a draw but we have had to adapt to different guest and employee needs

What advice would you give to someone just getting their start in the industry?: Put in hard work, learn as much as you can and you will be able to go far

What’s your favorite way to get involved in the community?: Supporting our first responders and hosting local events
