What is your company Elevator pitch when talking about your company?
We are a digital-first web and marketing agency that partners with firms that are serious about growing their business. We help transform and upgrade their business in two distinct ways:
First, by building a world-class digital (online) presence that allows them to stand out and attract new prospects and increase referrals. Second, through process management consulting, technology, and streamlined integrations that allow firms to create systems for their business to efficiently run on.
What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
I would say the customer experience and longterm engagement. Everything is becoming more and more personal, and personalized. This is what seems to work in my sphere and I see it continuing to grow.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
Get personal.
What is the main pain point that you solve for your customers?
I help my clients look professional and capture leads, as well as help them streamline their backend processes so that they have a solid system in place to turn those leads into active clients and nurture them over time.
