What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
Facebook ADs are no longer working as they used to – it’s harder to target your audience, more expensive and less and less reliable. Need to find new, predictable ways to grow and scale with Ads. Additionally, e-mail marketing is saturated, so creating truly personalized emails (well researched, thought out well) is key these days to be replied to and not go to spam.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
Test, retest, and know there’s always room to grow and improve. Never ends.
What is the main pain point that you solve for your customers?
Finding, vetting and hiring professionals outside the US, to work for our North American clients who speak/write English, are well educated, skilled and can be hired for a fraction of the cost of a US-based employee.
