What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
Video. Video and More Video. I believe specifically in the e-commerce segment what we now know as “stories” will be the new norm on websites and customer personalization will only increase.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
I specialize in e-commerce and mainly working with boutiques and the fashion segment so i would say to Make sure you have a total e-commerce funnel set-up and understand where your customers are, who they buy from and meet them at multiple digital marketing channels for conversions and ensure your website is UX and customer focused.
What is the main pain point that you solve for your customers?
What strategies to follow over the next 30-90 days to get your e-commerce goals and understand truly who your ideal customer is online and how as a brand you should be communicating with them on digital marketing channels.
