What is your company Elevator pitch when talking about your company?

Lockhern was founded from 2 large agency veterans. We provide best in class paid digital strategies to clients of all shapes and sizes but specialize in eCommerce. We believe in transparency, tenacity, and technology. We are not afraid to go outside our scope to add maximum value to our clients.


What changes has your company made over the past 2 years that have impacted your business

We have pivoted from just a paid search agency to a full service paid digital agency. We have hired talent that has a wide variety of experiences on social platforms and programmatic. Additionally, we have recently developed a creative division of our business. This helps bridge the cap for our clients to creating graphic ads for social but also content creators for emerging media like TikTok and IG Reels.


What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?

Don’t have tunnel vision on a particular platform. Maybe you specialize in search, but it’s imperative that you can understand how other media works and how it all works together.


What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?

Well, definitely concerned about consumer privacy and how that trickles own into a cookieless world. I also think that most smaller agencies need to be able to add on additional services in order to remain competitive. Historically creative and buying has been church and state, but I truly think that only agencies that become good at both will survive.
