With over 10 years of advertising & digital marketing experience, our founder and in-house influencer, Caitlin McCall, focuses on creating communication strategies and solutions for our eco-conscious, scuba diving, and travel clients that enables them to connect more authentically with their target audience and grow their businesses. Additionally, she teaches self-paced online courses on digital marketing and business to bring value to the community.
What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
Social media managers becoming the face of the business because of the popularity of short-form video. Many forward-thinking businesses are already utilizing this strategy, but it will become the norm.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
Be authentic! Now more than ever, communities want to connect with PEOPLE and stories, and causes. This is why it’s so important to have a social media manager that can tell your story effectively.
What is the main pain point that you solve for your customers?
Generating leads by utilizing organic social media growth, blogging for website SEO, and digital marketing systems.
