What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
The metaverse. Just like browsing websites, we will browse “worlds” This will be mind bending, extremely engaging and a great opportunity for marketers to get creative. Let’s not create ads, let’s create experiences.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
No matter what you do, ask yourself this. How are we adding value to the customers experience?
What is the main pain point that you solve for your customers?
Organizing their automations and flows. Everyone wants it and knows they need it, but they have no idea how to set it all up with structure.
