What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
A larger push towards programmatic and artificial intelligence. Finding ways to analyze the data and inform the robots that are increasingly making marketing decisions will be key to continuing to perform well over the coming years.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
Let the data drive your decisions. The bottom line is new leads and a positive ROI. I always measure everything against this KPI and strive to continually achieve stellar returns for clients.
