People are not prepared for the jobs they are doing. Inexperienced people are being asked to take on a lot.
Onboarding was hard even before Covid. It has now become a lot harder.
Many of the subject matters are irrelevant. The content aimed at adults is outdated –the formats are unappealing and irrelevant and unrelatable. It doesn’t stick.
