What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?

The upcoming changes in cookies and overall data privacy shifts will force marketing teams to change their strategy. The need to focus on first-party data and blending digital marketing and traditional advertising will speed up the adoption of true omni-channel marketing tactics.

What is your biggest pain point when it comes to digital advertising?

Attribution. Reporting and analytics are getting better by the day, but ultimately it will never provide a true one-to-one ratio. Marketing is more complex and nuanced than that.
