What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?

The two biggest changes I see in marketing over the next 2 years are around data & privacy and how marketers respond to the cookieless future.


What is the advantage to working with an outside media buyer as opposed to having just an internal marketing director?

Marketing involves so much more than just media buying. Working with an outside media buyer allows your brand to know that you are working with an expert of their craft.


What is one tip that you would give when it comes to media planning?

Understand the overall plan KPIs upfront and how you plan to measure campaign success against these KPIs before building out the overall media plan.


How does a media buyer stay on top of trends with media placement?

Internal trainings, 3rd party training (Ex: The Trade Desk Edge Academy), and industry publications such as AdExchanger.
