What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
Hyper personalization. Marketing is rapidly evolving to a state where ads are so highly targeted that they are not aimed at someone like you but rather you, yourself, personally. Marketing to an audience of one is great in theory but it comes with a large responsibility on the part of the businesses managing those programs to do consider privacy and data security.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
Be relevant and be clear. Don’t dance around calls-to-action or get too wrapped up in the creative. Creative catches attention. Quickly move from that into something that adds value to the recipient and don’t linger on pieces that do not matter to the end result.
What is the main pain point that you solve for your customers?
We help clients focus on what matters most – their business and their customers. We manage the back-office paperwork so our clients can do what they do best – manage their business.
