What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?
Creating a brand that resonates with people will become more important than anything else. I already think this is true – but think it will become even more so.
What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?
Don’t be afraid to take chances. Everyone things you need to be big to push the envelope – but its just the opposite. The smaller you are the more you have to do break through the noise.
What are the major challenges that you (and/or other advertisers) face today?
My least favorite conversation is a client who says they have too much work so they need to dial down spend.
